Beneficiaries of Bread and Beverage NC II under Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) program, Cookery NC II under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) and Food & Beverage Services NC II under Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP) completed their respective training courses at the Bohol International Learning Center (BILC) These were implemented by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority led by OIC Joan Sayon in partnership with the office of Cong.
