Buenavista Mayor Dave Duallo (extreme right) says: “On May 9, 2024 . . . A sneak peek of how our future Municipal Museum will appear once it will be opened to the public in future time. We thanked the Buenavista Community College Hospitality Management Department and the students for coming up with a 2 day exhibit (May 7-8) themed KABILIN (AMPINGAN UG PASIGARBO) that showcases the history of Buenavista. The Municipal Museum is the old Municipal Hall built in the 1960’s when Buenavista became a municipality and served as the center of local governance for years. It is a historical monument that depicts the rich culture and arts of Buenavistahanons. It was severely damaged by Typhoon Odette and we restored it to its original look and design.” Contributed photo
