Handel Lagunay representing Gov. Aris Aumentado; Local Government Unit Sagbayan Bohol Municipal Administrator Felito Pon, representing Mayor Restituto Suarez; Atty. Gigi Biliran-Galon representing Bohol Baywatch; RED Melicor of DENR R7;  Batuananon Engr. Christopher Calipusan; DENR R7 Staff,  Ms Lorna Fernandez; DENR Apasu, CHNM.
