Implementation Period: July 1-26, 2024; Application Period: May 27-31, 2024; Examination and Interview Date: June 5, 2024; Qualifications: Students or Out-of-School Youth (OSY) at least 18-19 years old, Senior High Graduated or College Level but not graduating this school year or not graduated from 4 year or 5-year course; Family/Parent’s combined Net Income after Tax does not exceed P187,320 per annum; Garnered a passing grade in all subjects during the last School Year/Semester attended; Passed the Screening and Evaluation process; Requirements: Duly Accomplished SPES Application Form (SPES Form 2) and NSRP Form (Forms can be obtained at the PESO Office), 1 pc. (1×1) ID Picture, 2 pcs. Passport Size ID Picture, Copy of Birth Certificate/Baptismal/Live Birth Certificate, Copy of Parents’ latest Income Tax (ITR) or Certificate of Tax Exemption (CTE) issued by the BIR; or Barangay Certificate of Indigence issued by the Barangay or Local Social Welfare and Development Office (SWDO); Note: Monthly income should be indicated in the Barangay Certificate of Indigency; For Students: Report Card/Class Card (should be certified true copy by the School Principal); or Certificate of Passing Grade issued by the school registrar; For Out-of-School-Youth: Certificate as OSY issued by the Barangay or Social Welfare and Development Officer (SWDO); Requirements to be put in a white folder; Complete documents to be submitted at the PESO Office.” Contributed photo
