Ang pinulongan nga Ininglis naggamit lamang sa pulong “ulcer” aron pagpasabot nga ang
panit sa tawo nabukás ug naghatag na kini og masakit nga pagbáti. Walâ magtagad ang Ininglis
kun hain mahimutang ang nabukas nga panit. “Ulcer” ra ang tanan.
Aron mahibaloan hain mahimutang ang “ulcer” ang Ininglis maggamit pa og lain nga
pulong sama sa “skin ulcer” aron mahibaloan nga ang ulcer anaa sa panit (skin) sa tawo.
Ang Sugboanon Binisayâ adunay lain nga pamaagi. Sagad aduna gayod ing linain
lugpong sa matag kahimtang.

Pananglit, kun ang nabukas nga panit ug nagsakit, anaa sa gawas sa lawas sa tawo, atò

Mga Pulong
1. báhak – A large skin ulcer; a large skin disease that already extracted a large portion of
the flesh. (Kp: kabahóng). Also, baláhak.
2. tíbak – An ulcer or rotten portion at the skin of fruits, especially jackfruits.
3. baláha – Cancer that is external.

10. kagirón – (b.p. kagid). One whose body is full of skin ulcers. (Kp: nukaón).
11. kátdok – Sanies; greenish, blood-tinged discharge especially from ulcers.
12. kugán – Ectostosis; the encrustation over a wound or ulcer; scab.
13. giáhak – (b.p. áhak). A perjurative expression. It connotes displeasure. Also, gibáhak. It
means, afflicted with a large ulcer.
14. hígit – To be fully covered throughout the body or face with ulcers, boils, etc. with pus.
(Kp: kagid).
15. iksíma – (Sp: eczema). Ecthyma; eczema: a virus disease characterized by the formation
on the skin of ulcerating pustules. (Kp: kagíd).
16. lúas – Stomatitis; an inflammation or ulcer-like disorder inside the mouth. (Kp: tagmayá).
17. malós – The start of itching or pricking sensation of a wound or ulcer that is about to heal.
(Kp: alinapóg).
18. naknák – The rotting of skin ulcer or wounds. (Kp: nangnáng).
19. nanúka – (b.p. núka). Ulcerate; becomes an ulcer.
20. núka–Skin ulcer; skin disease. (Kp: kababóng; tíbak).
21. nukaón – (b.p. núka). Afflicted with skin ulcer or skin disease; ulcerous. (Kp: kagirón;
gikagíd; tibákon).
22. núka sa tungól – Gastric ulcer; peptic ulcer. (Kp:tabághak sa tungól).
23. pagás – To cure, treat ulcers or wounds with herbs. (Kp: háplas).
24. pagkanukáon – (b.p. núka). Ulceration: the state of being affected by ulcers.
25. panído – Skin ulcer or wound that one has. (Kp: núka).
26. tabákhag – Large skin ulcer. Also, baláhak; báhak.
27. tabád – Person or animal whose body is full of wounds, ulcers, boils etc. (Kp: kagirón;
nukaón).
28. tabághak– Very large skin ulcer. Also, kabahóng.
29. tabághak sa tina-i – Duodenal ulcer.
30. tabághak sa túngol – Gastric ulcer; petic ulcer.
31. tagbayá – A kind of ulcer in the lips; herpes labiales. Also, tagmayá.
32. tagmayá – Canker; ulceration, chiefly of the mouth or lips.
33. táp-os – To cover a wound, skin ulcer, or afflicted area with medicinal leaves or medicinal
plaster. (Kp: hampól; háklop; tampós; táplak).
34. tibak – Large rotten wound or ulcer in a body of a person or animal. (Kp: kabahong;
báhak).
35. úlser – (Sp: ulcera). Ulcer; especially the duodenal ulcer. (Kp: tabaghák sa tiná-i)
36. ulserádo – (Sp: ulcerado). Ulcered; ulcerated; has an ulcer. Also, ulserón.
37. ulserón – (Sp: ulcera). Same as ulserádo.
