“Inside Out 2” at Screenville Cinemas
A sequel to the Academy Award-winning animated film in 2015, and now recorded the third biggest opening day of all time in the Philippines, “Inside Out 2” is now showing at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
A year after the end of the first film, core emotions Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, and Fear are doing well inside the mind of 13-year old Riley Andersen who is ready to enter high school while adjusting to life in San Francisco.
But new emotions Anxiety, Envy, and Embarrassment arrive and delve into the life of Riley helping her to succeed in school. With Riley’s future on the line, emotions will literally clash as the young teenager grapples with some big life changes.
“Inside Out 2” now holds the biggest opening day of all time for an animated film released in the Philippines after a whooping P88.8 million ticket sales on its premiere last June 12.

“A Quiet Place: Day One”
at Screenville
The third installment in the “A Quiet Place” film series which serves as a prequel that depicts the sudden apocalypse on a much larger scale, “A Quiet Place: Day One” will premiere worldwide on June 26, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
Taking place before the first film, “A Quiet Place” in 2018, this chilling prequel story reveals how the world went quiet, where in the universe these
sound-sensitive alien beings came from, and why they invade planet Earth to terrorize and consume its inhabitants.
Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o (“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, “12 Years a Slave”) stars as a woman named Sam who has a cat, and she’s really worried about her pet because how can you keep a cat quiet?
As these bloodthirsty creatures invade New York City, Sam silently team up with Eric (Joseph Quinn) to formulate a daring plan to escape the city, something that involves a whole lot of careful maneuvering and silent hand signals.
“A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE” will premiere worldwide on June 26, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
3-Day Sale at

As the main highlight of the 20th Anniversary of Island City Mall, the big 3-day sale is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 21, 22, and 23, with big discounts of up to 85% on selected items at the Home & Fashion Department and other tenant shops, plus other instant prizes for everyone during the sale.

On the anniversary day, 20 big prizes mostly appliances like TV set, refrigerator, washing machine, airconditioner, microwave oven, dining set, and bags of rice, etc. will be given away to lucky customers in the “Big Bente” Roleta computer game promo. On June 29, ABS-CBN will bring the “Kapamilya” Caravan in Bohol at the Island City Mall on June 29, 6 pm, at the Carpark, featuring the cast of “Pamilya Sagrado” and other all-star Kapamilya artists Zoomers 2, Kuan on One, and more.
