Cong. Edgar Chatto hands over P25,000 each to 5 more beneficiaries under the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (SMART) Grant of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The beneficiaries were part of the program that provided a one-time grant for qualified students enrolled in any undergraduate program for school year 2023-2024.
