EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR TUBIGON. Cong. Edgar Chatto (middle) led the distribution of P10,000 cash assistance to 2,764 beneficiaries in Tubigon on July 17. The program is under the Emergency Housing Assistance Program of the National Housing Authority (NHA). Cong. Edgar Chatto pays last respects to the late Acting Governor Dionisio Victor Balite. Balite was a member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan when Chatto was then governor. During his visit at Balite’s wake, Chatto met with Balite’s wife, Russel, as well as former Vice Governor Dionisio Balite and other family members.
