Relampagos (second from left) receives the welding equipment and materials presented and turned over to twenty (20) Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC 1 graduates of the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC) from the office of Bohol First District Congressman Edgar M. Chatto. All these are in partnership with TESDA-Bohol, which also provided free training to the deserving beneficiaries.
