Third District Representative Alexie Besas-Tutor (front row, 5th from left) announces some of the activities in her district for the past week. On August 17, 2024, the following took place: Turnover of completed Road Project from Pagahat to Putlongcam Alicia with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) III as the implementing agency. The total amount of the project is P60 Million. In attendance, among others, were Pagahat Punong Barangay Sergio Lacaran and Putlongcam Punong Barangay/Association of Barangay Captain (ABC) Olaguer Edes. Another activity was the 79th Founding Anniversary of Putlongcam. Rep. Tutor said: “There is always a reason to celebrate. Remembering the past & giving thanks for the present. Dako ang kausaban. Makita ug matagamtam ang kaayohan ug kaugmaran sa tanan. Kumbati sa Kanunay. Daghang Salamat sa tanan ilabi na sa atong konseho sa Putlongcam.
