Sikatuna Mayor Justiniana Ellorimo (inset, upper left corner) led the BARANGAY TANOD SKILLS ENHANCEMENT TRAINING. On September 2, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) of Sikatuna led by Mr. Ted N. Mascariñas- Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) in coordination and collaboration with the Philippine National Police Sikatuna, under the direct supervision of PLT Elizandra Julia M. Jamora, and Bureau of Fire Protection Sikatuna, initiated a transformative skills enhancement training intended for all Barangay Tanods of this municipality at Barangay Abucay Norte, Sikatuna, Bohol. This program aims to provide an in-depth knowledge on the duties and responsibilities, reporting and recording of incidents, crime scene protection and preservation, crisis management, emergency response, handcuffing and pro-baton. The importance of crime mapping and crime clock were also emphasized.
