First District Rep. Edgar M. Chatto has been the brainchild and pillar in bringing the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) consular office to Bohol. Recognizing the enormous need for accessible consular services among Boholanos, especially the thousands of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), Chatto actively lobbied for the establishment of the office here in the province.
