MAYOR MANUTA BACKS TESDA’S 2-DAY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. Municipal Mayor Engr. Romulo Manuta (center) showed his support during the TESDA-conducted training on Facial Massage and Ventosa, held on September 19, 2024, at Bakhawan Hall. The training, which aimed to equip women from Maribojoc with new skills, was well-attended by local participants.
