Bohol police authorities seized 185 grams of suspected methamphetamine worth P1.2 million pesos in a drug bust operation in Dauis town, police said on Thursday.

The suspect, identified as Nicko Entique Mascariñas, 51, was arrested during the operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit on Oct. 10 in San Isidro village, Dauis.

In a separate incident, police raided an alleged drug den in Tagbilaran City on Oct. 8, arresting three suspects and confiscating 15 grams of suspected methamphetamine valued at P102,000 pesos.

The suspects face charges under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, authorities said.

In another operation on Oct. 9, a suspect known as “Tiki” initially evaded arrest during a police raid on his home in Manga village, Tagbilaran City. 

Police recovered suspected methamphetamine and a .38 caliber revolver from the property. 

The suspect was later apprehended and faces charges, according to local officials.
