Danao Mayor Jose Cepedoza (standing) announced his activities for the final week of October 2024. He gave the following activities: October 24-25, 2024 – Simplified Bookkeeping Training. The Municipal Government of Danao, in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Bohol through the Provincial Cooperative and Development Office (PCDO) successfully conducted the Simplified Bookkeeping Training to all Cooperative and Association Officers at the Municipal Atrium, Poblacion, Danao, Bohol. The said training aims to have a general understanding of the importance of Bookkeeping in the Financial Management side; to be familiar with the basic bookkeeping of records and documents; to know the proper way to record Financial Transactions; and to be able to prepare and analyze Basic Financial Reports; October 28, 2024 – Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) Training. The Municipal Government of Danao in collaboration with the DILG, BFP and PNP successfully conducted the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) Training at Barangay Hall, Poblacion, Danao, Bohol. Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) are community-based organizations in the Philippines that aim to maintain peace and order in the barangay level. These teams are composed of volunteers who are trained to respond to various situations that may threaten the safety and security of the community; October 30, 2024 – LIBRENG GUPIT 2024. In observance of the National Day of Charity, the Local Government Unit of Danao thru the Office of the Social Welfare and Development offered a “LIBRENG GUPIT” to all Danaoanons at Danao Technological College.
