LGU TUBIGON’S ONGOING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT. Mayor William R. Jao (in photo, behind the camera) on November 15, 2024, inspected the ongoing construction of Barangay Talenceras Flood/River Control at Talenceras, Tubigon, Bohol. This project aimed to minimize the impact of river overflow and riverbank erosion during heavy rains or typhoons, which can inundate nearby communities and cause extensive damage to nearby homes and other infrastructures. This will benefit the residents from Barangay Talenceras to Ubojan, to have improved economic activities like their livelihood, such as rice fields that need irrigation from the river. By the completion of this project, we are looking forward to a better flood/river control and improved economic activities in our community. This project is made possible through the efforts of Engr.
