Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto of Balilihan has announced the following: “Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing among Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Regional Director, Atty. Sheila Enciso (seated, left), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Engr. France Sarabia, LGU Balilihan Mayor Pureza Chatto (seated, right), and Barangays Haguilanan Grande Capitan Tikoy Tapa and Cantomimbo Capitan Garry Dapar, Balilihan for the maintenance of the newly – concrete Farm-to-Market Roads in the two barangays. This was followed with the Turnover of the symbolic key of responsibility from DAR to the two barangays.
