LGU-LOON RECEIVES AWARD FROM COMMISSION ON POPULATION AND DEVELOPMENT REGION VII. Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos (inset, upper left corner) bares that the Municipality of Loon received a Plaque of Recognition from the Commission on Population and Development – Region VII for its exemplary and commendable effort in the implementation of Population and Development Strategies which promotes Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning (RPFP), Advance Health and Development (AHD), and Strengthened People-Centered Local Development. On behalf of the Municipality of Loon and representing Mayor Relampagos, the award was received by Oliver C. Algusar of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office and designated Population Development Officer of LGU-Loon during the “Rafael M.
