Cong. Edgar Chatto meets student leaders of Bohol Island State University to introduce Pasidungog sa Pagdumala. Chatto’s office along with the Philippine Council of Young Leaders and the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation, launched the awards program to celebrate and honor the achievements of youth leaders and organizations in the first district that positively impact the community.
