This initiative, spearheaded by the dedicated mayor, Honorable Mayor, Atty. A. Alvin J. Uy (inset, upper left corner), E.C.E., reflects the local government’s unwavering commitment to supporting the education of Baclayon’s youth. By providing free and safe transportation, the program aims to ease the burden on students and their families, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to attend school without barriers.
