On February 12, 2025, League of the Municipalities of the Philippines General Assembly 2025 took place. This was a gathering of the Local Chief Executives of the Philippines at the Manila Hotel with the theme “Legacy of Leadership, Sustainable Future: Leaders Building Together for National Progress.” The event brought together over 1,400 mayors from across the country. A part of the event was honoring the long-serving mayors from 2016-2025. Hon. William R.
