On Valentine’s Day, LGU-Lila chose to celebrate love not just for one another but for nature as well. Through a meaningful bamboo planting activity at Calvario, the people, with the mayor, embraced the spirit of growth, sustainability, and environmental stewardship. “Just as love nurtures the heart, trees nurture the earth, providing us with cleaner air, stronger ecosystems, and a greener future. Each bamboo we planted today is a symbol of commitment—not just to our loved ones but to our environment and the generations to come. Thank you to everyone who took part in this beautiful initiative.
