LGU LOON PANTAWID CIVIL MASS WEDDING 2025. Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos delivers his message after administering the wedding rites to the nineteen (19) pairs of married couples during the Pantawid Civil Mass Wedding 2025 held at the Municipal Activity Center on March 10, 2025. The activity, which bannered the theme: “Panagbugkos sa Gugma, Alang sa Kahiusahan sa Pamilya”, was spearheaded by the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare Development (OMSWD) under MSWDO Ma. Marnelli L. Maquindang, in coordination with the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) Office headed by LCR Aristona C. Ladeza. Also in attendance were municipal councilors Pedro M. Literatus Jr., (representing Vice Mayor Lloyd Peter M. Lopez, MD); Marie Hazel R. Saavedra, Emerson S. Relampagos; LnB president Noel Y.
