The Mayor, now on his last term, highlighted in his message the significance of his administration’s Loon’s BEST Program which centers on Barangay initiatives, Education development, Safety and security, Sports promotion and Tourism management. Incidentally, Mayor Relampagos was adjudged as one of the top performing municipal mayors in the province of Bohol coming out as Top 3 in the recent January to March 2025 independent, non-commissioned job performance survey of the Bayan Serbisyo at Kaunlaran (BSK) Advocates for Participatory Governance and Accountability. The critical metrics in the survey include: Economic Development, Public Order and Safety, Health and Social Services, Infrastructure Development, Education Improvement, Accountability, and Participatory Governance.
