TAPAT SA WATAWAT TRAINING WORKSHOP ON FLAG AND HERALDIC CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES. Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos (inset, upper left corner) revealed that the Municipality of Loon participated in the training workshop on the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Provincial Capitol, Tagbilaran City on May 8, 2025. The activity was hosted by the Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Center for Culture and Arts Development (CCAD) and the Bohol Arts and Cultural Heritage (BACH) Council, in partnership with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP). The Loon delegation was headed by Loon Municipal Administrator and Culture and Heritage expert, Reynaldo P. Monreal, with representatives from various offices including HRMO, QMSO, Website Management and QMS Training & Advocacy, as well as Congressman Natalio P.
