CULTURE AND ARTS THROUGH MUSIC. Cong. Edgar Chatto received Koro Seraphim during a courtesy call. Chatto congratulated the Boholano choir and wished the members well for upcoming competitions in Manila and Taiwan. The choir is among the first to avail themselves of passport services when the Department of Foreign Affairs opened a full consular office in Tagbilaran City. This had been an initiative made possible through Chatto, supported by DFA with the Alturas Group of Companies providing the office space. BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS. Cong. Edgar Chatto reunite with First District Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) during a meeting. The BHWs, led by President Judith Bonhayag, Cortes BHW president and provincial federated president, met with Chatto on May 30, 2025. Chatto, who has always put premium on health, has consistently supported BHWs as they play a crucial role in the frontline of health care delivery and in support of the overall health care system.
