June 11, 2025 – Third District Representative Alexie Besas-Tutor (inset, upper left corner) extended her warmest congratulations to the graduates of Bohol Island State University (BISU) Bilar Campus during their commencement exercises. In her message, Rep. Tutor commended the graduates’ hard work and determination, saying it has finally paid off. She expressed her hope that their achievement would inspire other young people to strive for their dreams. Rep. Tutor also thanked the BISU Bilar Campus community, led by Campus Director Dr. Proceso M. Castil, and the university’s president, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso, for their warm hospitality.
