1. ang mga dato they buy assests (money generating income) why ang poor buy liabilities(phones, cars, luxury items).
2. ang mga dato focus sila on learning about kwarta (like how money works for them. while ang mga poor they avoid financial education and nag rely ra sa paycheck.
3. The Rat Race: Daghan tao they live paycheck to paycheck: mo income sila, pero mo gastos pd sila ug dako.Ang cycle: mo work-mo kita ang kita i gastos sa mga walay clear things.
4. Time and Leverage
ang dato they use leverage: other people’s time, money and resources while ang poor: ginabaylo ang time for money, and there’s a limit to how many hours they can work.
5. Generation of Wealth and Knowledge
ang mga dato ginatudloan ilang mga anak unsaon pag manage sa kwarta. while poor gina repeat lang ang financial struggles across generation tungod kay lack of knowlegde.
and lastly “Balay”
daghan poor think nga mo palit ug dakong balay kay sign as dati, pero it increases debt kay ang balay liability sya not asset. ang pinoy dakog balay walay negosyo pero ang chinese gamay balay, dakog negosyo. No hate just love.
