Catigbian Mayor Benjie Oliva (front row, extreme left) announced that on July 16, 2025, a ribbon-cutting and turnover ceremony was held for two ELCAC road concreting projects in Barangay Ambuan and Barangay Bagtic, Catigbian, Bohol.
