CATIGBIAN MAYOR MEETS WITH NATIONAL YOUTH COMMISSION OFFICIALS. Catigbian Mayor Benjie Oliva (center) had a meeting with National Youth Commission (NYC) Chairman Joseph Francisco “Jeff” Ortega (2nd from right) and NYC Commissioner representing Luzon Gervy James Gumarit (2nd from left). The meeting took place on August 11, 2025. Also present during the meeting were SMD Chief Beth Madrigal (extreme right) and Manny Nicdao (extreme left).
