LGU CALAPE HAS ANNOUNCED THE TALAKAYAN SA BARANGAY 2025: Community-Driven Planning for Calape’s Development. The Talakayan sa Barangay 2025 served as a platform for the barangays of Magtongtong, Looc, Lomboy, Kahayag, Mantatao, Madangog, Lawis, Kinabag-an, and Talisay to present their proposed projects—grounded on the genuine needs and aspirations of their communities. This initiative highlights participatory governance where planning is built on collective voices and shared visions.
