Bilar joins 3rd quarter nationwide earthquake drill. Bilar, Bohol participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on September 11, 2025. Bilar Mayor Norman Palacio (inset, lower right corner) led the drill alongside Bilar Fire Station personnel headed by SFO2 Roel N. Tabudlong. The drill was facilitated with the Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Army, and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC).
