The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Cortes, led by Mayor Rodrigo Dennis Uy and Vice Mayor Niño Hinay Lumanas, launched a donation drive for the victims of Typhoons Tino and Uwan in Cebu and the initiative was a huge success.
