Bohol Water marks 25 years of water service

Bohol Water marked its 25th anniversary on Wednesday, celebrating two and a half decades of water service delivery to Tagbilaran City and surrounding municipalities in Bohol province.

The water utility, founded in 2000, has expanded its infrastructure and service quality in Bohol since its establishment.

The Provincial Government of Bohol holds a 30 percent stake in the company.

“We owe this achievement to the people of Bohol, our dedicated employees, and our provincial partners,” said President James Roy N. Villareal.

Villareal said the company remained focused on enhancing service delivery and investing in modern technologies to support the city’s and province’s development.

The utility has been recognized for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, positioning itself among the top water service providers in the area.

Bohol Water said it plans to expand services to additional communities, upgrade infrastructure to ensure reliable water delivery, and promote water conservation and sustainability initiatives.

The company’s partnership with the Provincial Government has been instrumental in strengthening water security and resource management in the province, a company statement said.
