Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Michelle Marquez Dee, made waves at the University of Bohol last November 28, 2025 as part of UB Days 2025, celebrated under the theme “Championing Excellence.” Her visit reinforces the University’s mission of empowering its community through meaningful conversations and shared experiences.
Her first stop was at Vibe 105.5 FM, where she joined a short on-air segment to promote her Queen’s Talk and personally invited listeners to join the day’s program. The radio station also served as the venue for her courtesy call with University of Bohol officials, including UB President Dr. Victoriano B. Tirol III, the Vice President for Finance Dr. Maricel A. Tirol, and the Vice President for Administration Ms. Ria Eva M. Sevilla.
The warm encounter highlighted UB’s enthusiasm in welcoming a national figure whose advocacy is aligned with the university’s thrust for empowerment.
Following her media appearance and courtesy visit, Miss Dee headed to the UB Gymnasium for her highly anticipated Queen’s Talk. Anchored on the theme “Sisterhood and Solidarity: Building Empowered Communities on Campus,” she shared powerful insights on her journey, advocacy work, and the strength of unity—deeply resonating with students and guests.
Miss Bohol 2024 and Miss UB Personality 2019, Cayle Tejano Tentativa, masterfully hosted the event, keeping the audience engaged throughout.
The UB gymnasium came alive with vibrant sponsor booths from Sunsilk, Creamsilk, and Vaseline, adding excitement and color to the university’s nine-day celebration.
