The Local Government Unit of Bilar successfully conducted its 2025 Year-End Assessment on December 19, 2025, under the leadership of Mayor Norman D. Palacio (center) and Vice Mayor Ronie Maligmat (right), reaffirming the municipality’s commitment to effective, transparent, and accountable governance. The activity served as a venue to review the year’s accomplishments, assess the implementation of programs and services, and identify areas for improvement to further strengthen public service delivery for the people of Bilar. Through this initiative, the LGU continues to promote strategic planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement in advancing local governance.
