Catigbian Mayor Benjie Oliva (4th from right) announced the following on January 27, 2026: “A 50M Food Terminal will soon rise in Catigbian. This is a joint project of LGU Catigbian & Department of Agriculture and the Food Terminal Incorporated (DA-FTI, Inc.) in order to provide farmers assistance for marketing, trading & cold storage. Today, a team of engineers from Food Terminal, Inc. led by Engr. Romel Resurection paid a courtesy visit to our office and at the same time conducted an ocular inspection of the project site with Councilor Oliver Oliva, Sangguniang Bayan Committee Chairman on Infrastructure, Municipal Agriculture Officer (MAO) Lorna Perenio and Municipal Assessor Ivy Elaine Evangelista.”
