Mayor Trisha Chatto engages in key meetings. Balilihan Mayor Trisha Chatto (right) was busy with a series of meetings last week, showcasing her commitment to public service. On February 19, 2026, Mayor Chatto met with the Local School Board to discuss upcoming activities, highlighting her focus on education and community development. A day earlier, on February 18, 2026, she met with the Multi-Sectoral Forest Protection Committee, which included representatives from DENR-CENRO, BMinRRO, BPEMO, and other partners, discussing environmental conservation. On February 24, 2026, Balilihan Councilor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (in photo) attended the Federated Parents Teachers Association (FPTA) regular monthly meeting hosted by San Isidro Primary School discussing several concerns including, among others,  the need for pedestrian walks near schools, installation of school zone signages, conduct of a road courtesy seminar, and preparations for the Festival of Talent. Councilor Veloso-Chatto also noted the upcoming National DepEd visit and the need to clean up the FPTA office, the councilor’s commitment to addressing the needs of the school and the community, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students and residents alike.
