Baclayon Mayor Atty. Alvin J. Uy (center) welcomed the new Officer-in-Charge of the BFP RVII Baclayon Firestation, SFO3 Gines Pondoc (left), on March 6, 2026. Pondoc takes over from SFO4 Lemuel Bustamante (right), who has been transferred to the Tagbilaran City Fire Station. Mayor Uy expressed gratitude to Bustamante for his service, particularly for overseeing the construction of the new Baclayon BFP Station and the acquisition of a new firetruck.
