The Municipality of Batuan, led by officials including Vice Mayor Antonino Jumawid (inset, upper right corner), announces that the Batuan Primary Care Facility (BPCF) received the YAKAP FPE Excellence Award on March 12, 2026 conferred by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation under the PhilHealth YAKAP Program. The award recognizes the facility’s achievement of the highest number of First Patient Encounters (FPE) among its registered beneficiaries. LGU Batuan extends its gratitude to the staff of the Batuan Rural Health Unit & Birthing Center, nurses, midwives, healthcare personnel with special mention of Dr. Paul Karlo M.
