The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bilar, led by Mayor Norman D. Palacio (inset, lower right corner), is set to provide mental health services on March 28, 2026, at the Bilar Primary Care Facility with Dr. Villacarlos, a visiting psychiatrist who will be available to attend to patients from 8AM onwards. The service will prioritize mental health patients who have not been diagnosed or seen by a psychiatrist, although previous patients may be accommodated if slots are available. Only 30 patients will be accommodated, and pre-listing is required.
