The Sangguniang Bayan of Batuan headed by Vice Mayor Antonino “Dodo” Jumawid (inset, upper left corner) passed a resolution requesting the Provincial Government of Bohol to enact an ordinance against the shipment, sale and distribution of illegal or noise pollution causing mufflers.
