Vice President Sara Duterte maintained a strong “Very Good” net satisfaction rating of +64 in Bohol while President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. plunged to a “Very Bad” -55, according to the HNU-Bohol Poll 2026 conducted March 28 to April 21, 2026.
The Holy Name University Research Center survey covered 400 respondents — 100 each from Tagbilaran City and Bohol’s three congressional districts — with a margin of error of ±5% for the province, ±7% for District 1, and ±10% for Tagbilaran City, Districts 2 and 3.

Duterte drew 74% satisfaction against 10% dissatisfaction, with 15% undecided, yielding her +64 rating.
Support was strongest in District 3 (+74), District 2 (+68), and among Class E respondents (+76).
Rural areas rated her higher (+68) than urban areas (+52).
In Tagbilaran City, her rating dipped to +41, classified as “Good.”
Though slightly lower than her +75 in 2023, Duterte remained within the “Very Good” band.
Marcos Jr.
Marcos drew no positive ratings from any sector surveyed, with 67% expressing dissatisfaction, 12% satisfied, and 20% undecided.
Disapproval was highest in Tagbilaran City (-65) and District 1 (-65), followed by District 2 (-52) and District 3 (-48).
Urban areas rated him lower (-68) than rural areas (-52).
Among age groups, respondents aged 50–59 were the most critical (-62).
The president’s rating has deteriorated sharply from +61 in 2023 to -8 in 2024, -43 in 2025, and now -55 — his lowest recorded in the province and the first to reach “Very Bad.”
