TANOCAL installs new officers for 2026-2027 term

The Tagbilaran Association of Northern California (TANOCAL) has installed its new set of officers for 2026 to 2027, with Arturo Romanos taking the helm as president.

Vic Mandin will serve as vice president, while Prolie Mandin takes over as secretary. 

Gigi Unajan was named assistant secretary.

Jennifer Gonzaga will handle the organization’s finances as treasurer, assisted by Irene Zapatos. 

Christian Matabalan was elected auditor.

Rounding out the executive lineup are Deejay Dejaresco as public relations officer, Polinar Bandija and Allen Balanzar as sergeants-at-arms, and Josephine Varquez as liaison officer.

The newly installed board of directors is composed of Ida Redhair, Cecil Requina, Beth Benisano, Lord Malaran, Grace Pitoy Ngatia, and Francis Omictin Sr.

The incoming leadership adopted “Together for Community, Together for Change” as their theme for the term.
