Barangay Poblacion, Lila held a Capacity-Building Workshop on the Formulation of Program of Work (POW) for Barangay Infrastructure Projects on April 22, 2026. The workshop sought to improve planning, costing, transparency, and implementation of community projects. It was conducted with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) headed by Lovella A. Dahiroc, PESO Manager / CTEC Designate, and the Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Infrastructure through Hon. Edilberto Liganson, who served as resource speaker.
