A courtesy visit and official endorsement of the new Development Management Officer (DMO) for the Municipality of Sikatuna was held on Monday, April 20, 2026. During the event, outgoing DMO Ruth Cecilia Delprado formally introduced the newly assigned DMO, Rowena “Wheng” Quilab, to Mayor Justiniana Ellorimo. Ruth is set to assume her new post as Officer in Charge of the Provincial DOH Office (PDOHO). Also present were Dr. Paz A.
