Bohol Water Utilities Inc. (BWUI) gained a 93% satisfaction rating based on the survey conducted by the Research and Publication called Bohol Poll 2026.

The survey said that Boholanos are fairly contented with the services offered by BWUI.

Moreover, the net satisfaction rating of BWUI is at +91%, said Victor Tambis.

HNU released the survey data during a public presentation on April 24, 2026.

The survey asked about the performance rating of water providers operating in Tagbilaran City.

BWUI received a high satisfaction rating, and the survey only reinforces that consumers are content with the services provided by the water distribution utility.

Consumers’ sentiments reflect the efforts exerted by BWUI to improve service delivery, Tambis said.

BWUI has been actively developing new water sources, performing regular maintenance servicing of umping stations to ensure seamless operations, replacing old water pipes and installing new water lines to expand services to more consumers especially those located in remote areas of the service area.

BWUI is also campaigning against systems loss and for district metering.

Tambis said BWUI is pursuing other programs aiming to boost the water supply sold to consumers.

BWUI is constantly working for better development, especially in water service, and being able to meet the needs of consumers for water.
