Vice Mayor Atty. Antonino “Dodo” Morala Jumawid (seated, center) led the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Batuan as they approved an ordinance prohibiting wearing of bonnets, masks, helmets and other form of face concealment in any public place, roads public markets and while entering offices and stores. While helmets are mandatory for motorcycle, the helmet must be removed upon disembarking and before approaching any person or before roaming in Batuan.
