The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Batuan pushed for an Annual Budget grounded in consultation and community needs. Vice Mayor Antonino Jumawid (center) explained the full budgeting process — from community consultations, issuance of the Budget Call, review by the Municipal Development Council (MDC), to SB deliberation. He urged Committee Chairmen to coordinate with Department Heads, MPDC, and LFC so proposals reflect what people truly need.
