Catigbian Mayor Benjie Oliva (center) met with officials of Governor Celestino Gallares Multi-Specialty Medical Center on Aug. 20, 2026. The discussion focused on a Partnership Agreement with LGU Catigbian for Health and the medical services the hospital can offer to Catigbian residents.
